first of all, how do i get mine back? do i have to repeat some annoying part of the quest coz that's what i think ir ead once

To get the salve crytal you need the mushroom and then reenter the mine like you did in the quest.

 

To make it (e) use the diary on it, if you've done the miniquest it should be in your bookshelf or bank.

what mini quest is that?

Tarns lair, basically either completing or skipping the maze (slayer rings) and defeating tarn.
