August 14, 200916 yr I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes: A friend and I recently wrote a few songs and are trying to record them. Acoustic guitar and vocals worked fine, but attempting to use distorted guitar caused problems, namely the recording was overly distorted, and the notes had little if no clarity.
