Don't wear heavy armour or weapons. You will be running around a lot, and you will want your energy to last as long as possible. If you can, wear boots of lightness, spottier or spotted cape, and/or penance gloves, if available.

 

 

 

It is odd that the guide doesn't suggest the Agile top and Agile legs which each give -12kg off weight, i suggest this is added even though they got quite high req's to get
