demonta
The night was young and the still younger boy Kaleb crept down the alleyway in Varrock, he had to be quiet and make sure not to disturb the sentries posted on every street. He knew what would happen to him if he were caught, he had seen many people killed for breaking curfew but he was on a very important mission given to him directly from the leader of the resistance himself. Kaleb came to what he was looking for, a small crack in the southern walls, a crack that only he, a small scrawny boy of 12 could just squeeze through. The boy emerged on the other side of the walls and crept south ducking behind ancient oak trees blacked by soot and flame. He walked for what seemed like hours through the underbrush avoiding the roads to keep out of sight from the passing soldiers who patrolled the roads even in the dead of night searching for runners delivering messages to the resistance branch in Lumbrage. Kaleb tripped and fell on a massive root and falling in a bundle of dead branches and twigs, the boy remained still praying to Saradomin that the patrolling soldiers would not come and find him lying in the dirt. He waited there for a few minutes, then slowly he pulled himself up grimacing at every hint of noise thinking that at any moment a soldier would come and discover him but they did not. Kaleb walked and walked for what seemed like eternity until the sun crept over the dark shadows of the night, Kaleb collapsed in a concealed dip in the forest he slept for many hours dreaming of the day his people would be free, he dreamt of his mother a hazy image of when he was only a baby for he had never seen her again since his days as an infant. He dreamed of his father a drunkard fool penniless and stupid. Then he dreamt of his sister lean and strong, brave. Then he was awoke by a sharp cry nearby, he arose to see a lady on the road being attacked by a guard, he was shouting something at her inaudible above her young daughters screams of terror. The guard drew his sword and ran the woman through blood pouring out of her mouth, the sound of splitting ribs and tearing sinew erupted through the forest. Then there was only a an awful heavy silence only pierced by the screams of her daughter as she saw her mother becoming limp and dead on the rough cold road. Kaleb marched forward the image of the dying mother fresh in his mind, and the feeling of helplessness, not being able to help the woman or his poor daughter who if she survived back to a settlement would grow up an orphan scared by the horrible sight of her dead mother covered in blood lying on the street. As Kaleb walked farther he noticed the gleaming walls of Lumbridge castle rising high above the treeline and the surrounding village he noted the well armed battlements, the Trebuchets and Mongonels, massive siege engines loaded with Boiling pitch, massive rocks, boulders and magic fires lighting the sky like beacons daring anyone foolish enough to attack the mighty walls. Kaleb walked across the outer bridge like any other common pheasant passing the outer walls easily, he then walked into the castle square looking for his entrance. There he saw it a small round grate on the side of the castle just big enough to accommodate his small stature. Kaleb went to the eastern side of the castle blending in with the commotion of merchants and workers bussling about. Kaleb came across the grate and slowly as to not attract attention removed the grate and lowered himself into the pipe. He crawled 30 yards when he saw light at the end of the tunnel and appeared in the castle cellar, perfect. He came to a sight in the wall with a missing brick and knocked 8 times on the wall, an eye appeared in the hole and a muffled voice asked "who goes" It is I the messenger boy from Varrock Kaleb whispered "ohh that be so then what be the password if you be the messenger" Kaled racked his mind searching for the password, he was never told a password, just before he was about to protest the voice from behind the wall began to laugh "I'm just fooling with ya don't worry there isn't any password".Just then Kaleb felt his body tingling and my fingertips going numb and he found myself in a grand room with a circle of 20 or so men seated around him. Kaleb became breathless as he realized that he Kaleb was in the council of elders, the remaining founders of the resistance. Kaleb's knees almost buckled but Kaleb regained his complexion and began to talk before an elder stopped me saying in a gravely voice "do not speak boy until you are spoken to".The boy instantly became silent, then an old withered man seeming to be only a face and the robe he donned arose and spoke in a voice so soft It could be said that he had never spoke, and in the softest tone asked Kaleb to delver my information. The boy straitened his back and repeated the message that the resistance leader in Varrock, an old Knight named Prynn had told him those two days ago. "The eastern army marches for the cradle of Saradomin". A gasp erupted from the men around the table it murmurs of "it cannot be" and "we are surely doomed now" rose from the crowd. Kaleb then said in his loudest voice "there is more news sires" instantly they held there tongues "The Pike which stops the black horse has arrived with the message". The wise men surrounding him became deathly silent and the old man who had addressed him before whispered "I am sorry poor boy, your are to be the one who frees our lands and stops the mighty army that comes from the evil lands to the east, I truly am sorry because you are the one foretold a hundred and fifty years ago by the great wizard Morgain." Kaleb stood, the center of attention as one by one the most respected men in all the lands bowed down to him. sorry people for burning your eyes i just wanted to try something new and i failed epicly i apoligize for this abomination of literature ill just go study math cause i dont have a prayer in english class it would be king of any moderater to stumble across this festering pool to please fo the love of god spare these poor people the pain of reading this fail of nature thank you hating non fans for reading my warning hopefully before reading my garbage and if you have read the table scrap above i apoligize for wasting your time -a random guy
