Pure Mage / Pker

I'm attempting to make a Mage Pker in p2p (members) I need any help advice on this, would be great to hear different ways of doing it. Things such as how much attack to get for staff, which staff to use etc. Any and all help would be appreaciated!!!

You only need 40 max for staffs, but to be honest, one will suffice.

 

 

 

If you want low hitpoints, then get 40 range and wear -26 mage equiptment so you can 100% fail curses.

 

If you want high hitpoints, then just use low level mage attacks and change spell when needed...

 

I achieved 48-55 magic using superheat item on iron ores. I bought the nats then mined the iron. Its fast xp, and give smithing, mining and magic xp. You actually make money too

Yea, Thanks. I'm looking for more of what gear to use etc what staffs to get for high level pking on members.

I would suggest mystic robes for armor. As for staffs, what do you mean? If you are using regular spellbook, use the staff that corresponds with your spell (ex: water wave=water staff). If you are using ancients, use ancient staff. Don't use master wand, it's a waste of money.

Yea thats pretty much what I was asking. Pretty much what would be the best staff to weild to do damage using regular spell book / ancients. And how much attack I should get as a PKer Mage.

For Regular Spellbook, use Mystic Airstaff, and for Ancients, use the Ancient Staff.

i would say that you should get 85 magic so that you can teleblock and cast the 2nd single ancient ice spell. Also i would keep your defense at 1, this will make you a target but with lower your cb level by quit a lot and will mean you dont have to buy mystic or any other armour every time you die.
