I just posted this question on RSOF as I'm also trying to buy this shard there. For some reason it isn't buying. Is it being merched?

 

 

 

Also, I can't seem to buy the full blade to go that direction either.

The only thing I can think of is not very many shards would come into the game at this time of the day and it's not the kind of item people buy and resell. If the demand for shards was high enough that there were never many in the GE at any given time then it would be really hard to buy them when people aren't at GWD bringing them into the game.

No, it's not being merchanted. Most likely nobody's selling the shard right now.
