August 25, 200916 yr The only thing I can think of is not very many shards would come into the game at this time of the day and it's not the kind of item people buy and resell. If the demand for shards was high enough that there were never many in the GE at any given time then it would be really hard to buy them when people aren't at GWD bringing them into the game.
