It's a special website somewhere.. I'm sure there's a few. It's like a dynamic sig that updates every time you gain experience. I remember a link being posted here but it was over a year ago and I don't remember where! Haha.. so I don't know exactly.

I'm not sure what to tell you. Double check the info you provided, but you may just have to google "rotating signature host" and take the best you can get.

I was googling "dynamic" and "automatic changing" signature hosts for a lack of better words. ;) Too bad I couldn't have been of much help.
