Under misc, it lists Curry as a drop, but it should say Curry(1-2):

I've had both 1 and 2 dropped, 2x is actually more common in my experience.

 

And some of the notes aren't really correct:

 

Unless you have a death wish, equipping an antidragon shield is a must! This creature has a maximum melee hit of 18, so highly defensive armour and "Protect from Melee" is advised.

 

Antifire potions and protection from magic will protect 100% both from its magic attack and it's dragonbreath, so the best way to kill them is ranging while praying mage. You don't need a dragonfire shield. Also, the last note says "The Brutal Green Dragon does possess some magical attacks as well as its melee attacks." which sounds awkward, "Brutal Green Dragons possess a magical attack as well as a melee attack." reads easier.

Edited drops part, as for other part, I guess that's for melee so not changing that as it's down to if you're meleeing or ranging.
