This guide shows some good equipment set ups which I used when I first started going to the saradomin boss. Since you only have 10m to use, you'd be using range unless you already have a godsword. RSOF teams generally don't accept bandos godswords, and zamorak is best as its special attack helps kill her quicker. Also, most RSOF teams seem to prefer melee over range, and some have even chosen me with a zamorak godsword with 90 melee stats over 99 rangers with good gear. But nontheless, range is an effective method, though some people think otherwise. So for 10m, a good set up would be something like...

Verac's Helm

Fury

Accumalator

Rune Crossbow

Saradomin Dragonhide body

Obsidian Shield/Unholy book

Verac's Skirt

Snakeskin boots

Ring of life/Archers ring

barrows gloves

Ruby/diamond bolts

I believe this set up is under 10m, or around that.

As for the inventory, use the guide posted above, as I'm only used to an inventory with a unicorn.
