September 9, 200916 yr Since both the slayer helm and Salve (e) boost the same thing, attack and str the greater would win out. So you get 20% from the Salve (e). Seeing though as most tasks you are able to use the salve (e) are you also need a special head item (Abberant Spectres, Banshees, etc.). Thats why its advised to use the Slayer Helm and a Fury on these tasks.
