was thinking maybe more drops from shade, like shade hood, shade boots, shade gloves or something like that, would look pretty awesome, and personally would make me want to fight a shade. also, they could change the color of the robes slightly so that they dont look like priest robes, or change the appearance.

nah that dont really matter so much. wish dark wizards drop hoods so ppl can look like abhrim.

Shade robes aren't really that good, I don't really care what they look like, its all the same to me. Regular robes are much better in my opinion.

Nope. They look exactly the same. Only real difference (other than a negligible boost to prayer) is that one costs about 1000x what the other one does.
