It's not my firewall or anything obvious, yes I've cleared cookies cache etc, I've tried more than one browser, hard refreshes etc.

 

 

 

However, I cannot load www.facebook.com, check my email (hotmail,) no matter what I try.

Which sites are being blocked? Maybe someone is blocking sites through your router. I don't think resetting it will wipe the blocks.
