Light Gear with Graahk familiar. Use Dueling ring. Right Click Graahk>Teleport>Run North East (But more east, along north shilo border)>Walk into nature Altar (Use Nature Tiara/Omni Tiara)>Craft Runes>Dueling Ring back to Castle Wars.
