I was planning on getting 94 magic for a while, and I've been working on it slowly. However, I'm getting a little bored with my current meathod, and also wanted to train summoning. So I thought I could try bursting rock lobsters. There are a few things I need to know first.

 

-How much xp per burst, roughly?

-How many charms should I get?

-How many bursts per hour?

Burst xp is 180 per burst. You can expect 550 bursts per hour with 1 crimson every ~3 bursts. Don't forget, however, all the other charms you will get.

Here's my data, but this is for SMOKE barrage, not Ice Burst.

1.45 ppots/hr = ~6 doses/hr

 

 

 

1 cast = 222 magic xp

 

1 cast = 115 hp xp

 

1 blue = 85.5 casts

 

1 green = 12.825 casts

 

1 crim = 3.15 casts

 

1 gold = 5.34 casts

 

 

 

Ice burst is, of course, inferior in all respects other than cash and casts/hr.

I'd suggest getting that new magic pot before you go.
