I have 73 defense and I have 70 attack. I need to go from 64-69 strength. What's the fastest method that you know of?

Erm, Rock Crabs, Bandits, Fleshies.. Or you can just slay?

 

I did lower strength levels at Fleshies, the xp is alright, they're agressive for 20mins and they drop alot of good items...

 

However, if you really want it very quickly, get the last two pray levels for 60, and use Chivalry with slayer.
