Laura Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 Hard reset your device by holding the Home and Sleep button at the same time until the device powers off. Turn the device on. Go into Settings>General>Reset and reset the Network Settings. It will ask you for your passcode and then wipe your network configuration, allowing it to rebuild.
