Is there a cap on your EP if you are in a non-hotspot on a pvp world? I've been using my wc brawlers and it has been almost an hour and a half since I gained any EP. It is stuck at 40%. This happened to me once before too, at the same percentage. I'm risking a lot more than 76k, so is there a cap and I just never heard of it?
