I have to connect my Paypal Account to my credit card/debit card to fully use the Paypal Account.And just to let you know, I don't have a credit card or debit. So? October 20, 200916 yr paypal prefers bank accounts. If you link it to a card AND a bank account it always puts bank account as default and card as back up.
