I calculated from 67-88 for myself (ill eventually do addy plates from 88-99) would be around a 17M loss with goldsmith gauntlets. So that would roughly be the same for you. Yeah its about half the speed you want, but for your 15M budget its probably the best method. In the long run it would even out to the same as mith plates because you have to count the time spent at stealing creation to get hammers. I would recommend doing gold from 83-88 then adamant plates with hammers for any other levels.
