October 27, 200916 yr Hey all, I recently got members again and was quite keen to try out summoning, however I then found out that it gave combat levels! After a bit more research it looks like those combat levels dont actually affect you in PKing situations unless you are actually using summoning, but still... Is it frowned upon for pures/pkers to get Summoning levels, or is that outweighed by peoples desire for slightly faster combat exp? Also, are there any quests that are definitely worth doing for a 'zerker new to P2P?
October 27, 200916 yr No one has a good reason not to train Summoning. Go for it. Doesn't matter if it's frowned upon. It doesn't add combat levels in PVP unless you're holding a pouch, and the benefits far outweigh whatever anyone says about you. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
