Does Lumberjack give any bonus when cutting vines?

Does the Ardougne Cloak 3 help your chances of successfully opening urns while playing Pyramid Plunder?

Does it help with doors that must be lock-picked, such as at the Chaos Druid Tower or in Yanille Dungeon?

Lumberjack certainly does give a bonus think it is around 10%, not to sure though have to look it up.
