House desgin planner?

I have seen this question asked before, but never looked at it since I wasnt working on construction then. I just need to know if tehre is a way to design my houses layout before i build it, and if possible have a way to calculate the aprox. prices. I can design it by hand (paper and pencil) but that would take me ages, and i alreayd have to do that fro a class at school, so any help would be appriciated.

Unfortunately, tip.it doesn't have a house planner, but runehq does.

Thank you so very much lol. Ya...I used to use runehq, but it slows down my computer like none other, and tip.it is just way better

Use the one at rsbandb.com. It doesn't have the new menagerie in it, but it's fairly reliable.
