November 24, 200916 yr We had a problem with this a few months ago. I thought it was as long as it's not used for commercial use (selling it etc.) then you can use it. Just don't claim the picture/signature that you took/made. If it's your mate's then go ahead if he wants you to use it. Just be pretty sure it's his though. Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt.
