Is there a good weapon to use for its spec while ranging? And im really looking for weapons that are one handed, so i dont have to re-equip my shield/book while im using my rune c'bow.

Barrows:

Verac- Helm, Brassard x 2,

Torag- Body, Hammers

Karil- Crossbow

Guthan- Body

Ahrim- Hood, Staff

If you are tanking, bring an EE or SGS for the healing/defense boost/prayer boost.

 

If not, there really isn't. I suppose you could use the Dorgshuun/Zanik Xbow spec.
