How should I train smithing?

I want to get 71 smithing for varrock diary( I will use boost), I have thought about a few methods to get it, can someone give me some advice?

 

1. superheat item

 

2. blast furnace smithing mithril bolt/platebody

 

3. smelting gold ore with the special gloves

 

4.normal smithing

 

Which is the best for me? i have only 1m to spend, it would be nice if some1 can provide the xp rate of them also.
