hey guys its been awhile since i played rs i got holidays now and im bored of all the other games i played so i was wondering what is new in rs i left when they introduced that note pad thingy and when they changed the layout so if u can fill me in on stuff that happended after that i would really appreiciate it thanks

Jagex's Update List is the best way I can think of. Just browse through it, and ask questions in game and so on... (Try tip.it's unofficial clan chat for help..you can usually filter a useful answer out of the memes)
