Well 2 weeks ago, I collected my resources and today I went and my approval rating was 75%, so I made it back to 100%, but the question is, can I collect the resources again? or do have to edit the bar things?

 

I normally wait for a week before I collect my resources.

You can collect them at any time. It will show you the "bar things" after you've seen the items. Remember to keep it above in the coffers 750k
