does using the spec on zilyana freeze her so she cant attack you, or just so she cant follow you?

 

like if i was soloing/duo and i froze her could i melee her without taking damage?

It works the same way as an Ice Barrage: The target, while frozen, can attack, eat ect, just not move until time runs out.
