Any1 know the xp rate of blast furnace(in the offical blast furnace world) if I am smelting mithril bar and smith them into bolts(unf) with a varrock armour 3?

 

And for other method to train smithing, I have calculated the xp rate for them, am I correct?

 

Gold ore with gloves:~70k xp/h

 

Adamant arrowtips:~110k xp/h(including the time for playing fast sc to for getting sc hammer)
