From 89-99 range I plan on chinning at Ape Atoll. I will use a Karamthulu overlord for every trip and I'll use eagle eye prayer. My outfit is as follows:

 

How many chins/ppots/range pots will I use on the way to 99?

Not sure on the numbers, but you should be using Ardougne cape 3 instead of Ava's, fury instead of glory, and ranger instead of snakeskin.
