If you're planning to stay F2P, buy water/fire talismans instead of essence, but if you are switching to P2P, buy pure essence. Body tiaras are the faster option, but you use up a ton of gp doing this. At your level, you should do air runes. Earths don't profit till 52 rcing, and fires should only be used if you mix up your rcing with other runes. Though, mixing it up is definitely a viable method, if you get sick of making the same rune over and over again. Check my rcing guide for more information.
