Combat Training and Herbs

Hi, I'm currently 102/109 Combat with the following stats:

81 Attack

80 Strength (~40k till 81)

86 Defense

80 Ranged

63 Prayer

71 Magic

84 Hitpoints

55 Summoning (enough charms for 56)

53 Slayer (I hate this skill by the way)

What would be a good way to get 110 F2P Combat (and whatever P2P Combat I get from the charms)?

I currently have 16M Cash, a Whip, Torso, Defender, Obby Shield, Nezzy Helm, Glory, Barrow Gloves, Dragon Boots, etc. In addition to this, I have around 5M in F2P War sets (I plan on joining a F2P Pking clan so I'm going to keep these)

What would be a good way to get 110 F2P Combat? I am currently doing Fleshies for amazing money (~450k per hour) and they drop a lot of green charms (40ish per hour).

I prefer training on monsters with drops, rather than monsters like bandits, even if it means getting slightly less experience. I also don't mind non-AFK training.

I was thinking of Armoured Zombies (I've done these a lot), Fleshies, Ankous and slayer. If anyone else has any other suggestions please say so.

Also, I don't really like skills except for Farming, Herblore and Thieving. I am currently in the mid 50s for Herblore and Farming, and 78 for Thieving. I normally do Manage Kingdom weekly, as well as Herb runs twice a day. For Thieving I did Blackjacking from 45-78 which was super fast, but tiring. I was thinking of training it on the Master Farmer in Draynor because you can get like 500K per hour from the rare seeds you get.

I read about this minigame called Sorcerers Garden (I think that's what it's called) where you get lots of Herbs, as well as 75K Thieving experience per hour. Is this a good way to train Thieving and Herblore?

Please post your suggestions.

They're quite low levels, but if you're after herbs and maybe a bit of combat experience then try the Chaos Druid Warriors They're higher level than Chaos Druids and drop better herbs regularly. They're also really quiet.

I have no problem with the level of monster but I enjoy the quiet monsters simply because I find it easier to do other things at the same time.

Also, I prefer experience over money to a certain point.

I would rather train on Monster B (50k exp/300k cash per hour) than Monster A (70k exp/0 cash per hour) but I noticed that Fleshies are only around 40-50k experience an hour which still pretty low.

I know I don't have the levels for these 'spectres' (I know nothing about them). What slayer level do I need for them and are they good for herbs?

Also, are there any other good monsters for experience that also have somewhat good drops?

NOTE: I hate Green Dragons but if they are really as good as everyone says, I will give them a go.
