RS stop loading at " Cheking for Updates"

Runescape stop loading at "Checking for updates" at 70%. I have reinstalled windows and Java several times. Even tried RS client and checked my net card. I tried RS forum but no result. My Pc is: Core 2 Duo, Nvidia ge force 9800, RAM 2gb.

I tried to uinisnstal win, so there are no A/V or firewall. even opened the ports

By uninstall windows do you mean reformatted?

Which browser are you using?

 

I would clean out your browser cache first then if that doesn't work try Firefox or Chrome.
