Go to the southern side of the island, and jump the bridge. Try speaking with Filliman Tarlock and he will only speak gibberish. I had no idea I was to attempt to enter the grotto--the option doesn't even appear for it unless you position the mouse on the hole. I had looked at others' problems with figuring this out as well, and felt that this needed to be mentioned. A (possible?) sample fix: 4. Go to the southern side of the island, and jump the bridge. Attempt to go through the grotto entrance, and Filliman Tarlock will appear. Try speaking with the ghost and he will only speak gibberish.
