Moving the costume room

How does it work? Do i have to delete it first and what happens to all the items in the room?

Try make a new one in the location you want, and it will ask if you want to move your existing one (with all the furniture) to the new one.

 

This is how I understand it works but have never tried it.

To replace your costume room, you must remove all of the furniture inside the room first, and you can only remove the furniture if there are nothing inside the Armor Case, Magic Wardrobe, etc.

You can just build your new costume room at your preferred location and all the furniture and contents will be copied and the old room deleted.
