Can someone help me out, because I would like to start to make signatures to sell. But I need to know where to start, I have Paint Shop Pro 7 and MS Paint. If someone could help me out or post a guide or something that'd be helpful, thanks.

You don't want to learn to make signatures to sell. You want to learn how to use the program and then incorporate your newfound skills into signatures. Strictly learning just to make signatures will get you nowhere.
