Erm, upload the pic somewhere else? Is this an ongoing thing or has it just happened now? Have you changed anything recently that could affect this? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Yes i have tried re-installing, didn't do a thing. It is a recent thing, only over the past few days, its been messing up and now its doing it all the time. and ill try to upload the image sumwher else..

Tools --> Options... --> Connection

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just make sure your MSN is connected to the .NET Network because if it isn't you don't know where your login details are going.

Wen that trobble shoot comes up clikc on terobble shoot and it will doa scan to make sure that all the connetions for msn are workin. And it will only stop at ones that aint workin that is were you click on repiar and click the restart button. You keep doint it tioll all of the connetions have a green tick next to them. After that it should work.
