this is your best work so far no offense but you overuse the flame text even when not a firey them choose a different font probably old gondor get it from dafont.com upon downloading extract it into the C:\windows\fonts folder and use that font probably dark blue text and under the layer>layerstyles>stoke put a 1px black or white stroke or maybe change the text to black and put a darkblue or white stroke see how it looks

 

 

 

like the bubble thing but in the layers pallete lower the fill to about 80%
