recently when i'm playing runescape, i experience a 3 second delay lag every like 10 seconds. is that just me or something is woring with my computer?

If your internet connection seems to be running smoothly normally then this is most likely a Java issue. I would suggest looking at he FAQ Sticky for some solutions for fixing Java.
