March 22, 201016 yr Hey guys, I was just wondering if there is any way at all to contact general customer service down at Jagex, because I haven't been able to find it.The reason I want to contact them is because I appealed a ban yesterday (a ban invoked on me through no fault of my own, I swear) and today I saw it's been rejected. However, all it said was that "I was responsible", but without a clear explanation. So, just a standard message.I wanted some clarity about this and so I decided to e-mail them. However, this is impossible seeing as there is not customer service adress to be found anywhere on their site. Thanks in advance, Heyitsame
March 22, 201016 yr The only way to contact Jagex is to email their billing service, they removed the link to support a long time ago because of all the spam they received. I think there is a thread on the forum that allows you to talk with mods, forgot exactly which one though. Try post in Jagex lite perhaps? The reason they gave you the standard response is because it would take too much time to go through every single offense and provide explanation for all of them.
