Data in the quest help is wrong. Vanstrom will NOT kill you, therefore you do NOT need to pray. He will attack for awhile making you lose around 200 LP, where you are knocked down and Sarius Guile will interupt him, making him leave, where you talk to her about saving your butt, and delivering a message to Safalaan.

I've removed the instruction to use the 'Protect from Melee' prayer and added a note stating that Vanstrom won't kill players. We had already mentioned that Sarius Guile would interrupt the fight, so no change was needed there, however.
