March 26, 201016 yr about 6 overloads, rest ppots + a few emergency brews. (and pony scrolls etc of course too). Time your sgs specials so it restores right when you have to overload again. This way you can quickly get some health after being down at 500 LP again. A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!
