Special Restore Potions

I'm closing in on 84 herblore (83 at the moment), so I was wondering if it would be worth it to make special restore potions from 84 to 85. I would take ~1.5k to get to that level if I did the math right. I mostly do slayer along with some solo boss hunting (TDs and occasionally solo GWD), so would it be worth it to make those special restore potions? Would I end up using most/all of them? And what would be the best way to integrate them into my slayer training/boss hunting?

Also, would it be worth it to go from 85-86 making super antifires? Would I end up using enough of them to justify an entire level (again, ~1.5k) of leveling using them, or should I make a smaller amount and then do the rest of the leveling using something else?

Yeah, I use them daily. Bring them whenever you have open inventory spaces. Try to get at least claws or sgs to get decent use out of them. I bring claws for every Kuradal dungeon task and mostly 5-10 spec restore pots. I also bring just spec restores and SGS for nech tasks, and survive this way, in stead of bringing food (I use iron titan) allthough soul split would do the job too.

I would only make 500-1000 super antifires and rest spec restores.

I don't use my spec restore pots all that much, but they are quite cost effective to make at that level. You *can* make good use of them if you remember to bring them with.

Super antifires are the most useful of the new potions if you fight dragons. You can increase your kill rate by a large percentage, making these effectively very valuable pots. The drawback is the slow, manual process to get the feathers.

Spec restores seem to be more useful than I had expected. I have an SGS, so I'm pretty sure that I can get pretty good use out of them -- might also lower the number of prayer potions which I'll need to use on tasks (I piety a good number of tasks), so that can only be a good thing.

As for the super antifires, I'll have to play that one by ear, it seems. I like fighting dragons when not on task, so I'll have to see just how many of them I end up using.

Yep, I personally made 500 and they don't seem to be running out any time soon.

On the spec restores: with an SGS, one spec restore gives 2 specs, which heal 150 LP each on average (rough conservative guess, assuming you hit 300 on average). This way, one spec restore is 1.5 sharks, or if you want it in GP, over 2k gp. That's not too bad, and I'm not even considering the saved costs from the ppoints (which is roughly 15 prayer points per pot, or 1/6 of a prayer potion (3), which is another 1.5k gp).
