How to resize my sig under 30kb???

if its the one in your signature right now you could always convert it from jpg to gif..

Can't I just put a limit in photoshop that it won't be bigger than 30kb?

You can change your jpeg compression values, but I was hard pressed to create a graphic that was 300x150 and larger that 30KB when saved as a jpg file. basically it required a lot of visual "noise" with a lot of shades of different colours, something that would be quite hard to compress.

that's why.. I had e photoshop image that I saved as a .gif file and it was still > 30kb.... :? :(

check the lossy and websnap settings you can change like put lossy at 10

go save 2 web in photoshop, then u can set the quality lvl and u can see how much its gonna be, mines like 28k or something
