whats a good f2p place to train? 1def

Featured Replies

im 85attk 1def 99str, haven't played in 2 years, gonna get members soon but untill then whats some good places to train with 1 defense on f2p? thanks!

Flesh crawlers are your best bet. They have a max hit of 1, which they rarely even hit; they have low defense, so you won't have to worry about your accuracy too much; and they are within a reasonable distance of a bank. Bring several strength potions and fill your inventory with some food, lobsters and swordfish work, but you can use salmon or trout as well. When you run out of food and potions, bank in Edgeville.

with those stats, you're already pretty set as far as pking goes, so you could always kill people in Pvp for training.

Hill giants are pretty easy and ok money if you bank the bones

Flesh crawlers are fast xp (especially for F2p), a full inventory of salmon would get you a pretty good amount of XP.
