Do Super Antifires Fully Protect Against Dragon (e) bolts?

I remember normal antifires don't do [cabbage] in terms of protection from that spec... just wondering if the super versions offer any superior protection.

As far as I konw they do.

 

Afterall normal anti-fire pot is cabbage against (on its own) against any dragon fire, as the shield absorbs "most of the damage" then the pot sucks up the small remainder. But the super ones give 100% protection with or without shield.
