April 7, 201016 yr If a program has tool windows that can be dragged into docking positions to become a toll bar or side panel somewhere on the sidebar or toolbar they will have a grab point, sometimes visible sometimes not usually at the far left edge of the tool bar. When over this grab handle you normally get the 4 directional arrow cursor and using this point you can drag the tool bar back out into the middle of ur screen where it shuld become a window again.
