50 rc

hey im currently an obby mauler with 1 att 78 str lvl 41. im going to be f2p for a while and really wanted to try out rc staff pking. I'd like to get 50 rc while im member because it probably would be easier. I dont mind doing quests and i got 16m cash to spend. I don't are about the price. I just want the fastest method.

hmm for lvl 50 rc, i would say try doing fire rune powertraining, use a ring of dueling and yea lightness clothes. Other than that maybe some quests that give rc xp. There really is no "fast" way of training rc, or at least a "buyable" one. Or well you might look into making tiaras, but that is horrendously expensive so if money really isn't an issue, then look into that.
