I cannot login on one of my accounts because it says that the "Login server is down. Please wait a few minutes" However, it has been over an hour, and I can log in on some of my other accounts with no problem. I am not banned. Can anyone else not log in?

I also can't log in; there seems to be a certain group of people that are having problems. RSOF is flooding with topics about it. I got randomly kicked off from a Dungeon and haven't been able to log in ever since.
