Guest andyizcool
The first one is better but do you personally need 1GB of RAM and Windows XP Media Center? What's the price difference between the two?
Hannibal
They both suck. Don't get Windows XP Media Center Edition. Don't get 512MB of RAM if you plan to do any gaming on that computer.
Guest
Its no matter having media center, cost alot more money :D
MajorGFX
Why Intel? Your non gamer? go for socket 939, AMD 64, Vencie core = cheap/ownage. 1gb ram, maybe 2x512 in dual channel mode. Should be good.

Stuart_G
This one would be better suited for you if your going to play games. PROSYS, D2055-E Specifications Processor: AMD Athlon̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¾Ãââ 64 Speed: 3700+ Memory: 1024 MB Memory RAM Storage Capacity: 200 GB Hard Drive 1st Optical Drive: CD-R/RW & DVD-R/RW Multi Drive Memory Card Reader: Yes Video Controller: 256 Mb PCI-Express Video Controller Ethernet 10/100: Built-In Ethernet 10/100 Multimedia Keyboard: Yes Optical Mouse: Yes Operating System: Windows̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâî XP Media Center 2005 Edition Language: English Version 1 Year On-Site Warranty: Yes Price - $ 1098.88 Taken from http://www.audiotronic.ca I feel this would be an alright system if you intend to play games. It has a 256Mb graphics card of some sort, so im guessing it would be able to play the games you want to play. Other than the graphics card brand and model, all the other specs are good and would be fine for what you need it to do. And as for the Windows Media Center issue, does it matter? Its bundled with the computer and included in the price so you might as well leave it alone.
